Do different players have different progression schedules? I have two guys who have been promoted together since the day they were drafted, always at the exact same time, and one had a developmental cycle about six or seven cycles ago and the other one still hasn't had one since opening day. Is that common? I thought players progressed the same unless thrown off by a promotion/trade/demotion/etc.
