*****RULES*****
Keeper lists due by game 140.
If you keep 22 active players, you will be assigned rounds one, two and three. If you keep 23 active players, you will be assigned picks for round one and two.
There is no maximum of players you can place on reserve. Those are players whom you owned from the previous season, but are not in the WIS database for the upcoming season.
Our draft will coincide with the day our playoffs are set to begin. Unless, our playoffs begin on the weekend. In that case, the draft will begin on Monday.
Round one will be random. Subsequent rounds will be worst to first, draft order to be set after 140 games.

******************DOWN THE ROAD*******************************
We will be expanding from 12 to 16 teams in 1958.
Process to expand without hurting current 12 franchises.
I have pulled 29 players from the '55, '56 and '57 rookie pool, that are non impact players until no earlier than 1958.
The best I would say are Clete Boyer, Ted Abernathy and Jim Owens.
At the keeper deadline during the '57 season, each existing 12 will each drop one position player with 500 AB or 180 IP in 1958.
The four expansion clubs will also have the entire 1958 rookie draft pool, to complete their new team roster.
Lastly, the four expansion clubs will draft 1,2,3,4 in each round in the 1959 draft.
