first DII job - advice needed Topic

I just took over a DII school in Crum, which will be my first experience above DIII. What advice can you guys give me?

Is ath still king, like it was in DIII? What constitutes 'elite' player ratings vs 'good' ratings?

Is recruiting much different at this level?

I recruit no differently at DII than at DI.  You have more money but so do your opponents.

does it cost more to pull a recruit down to DII than it does to DIII?

No, the recruiting costs are the same as DIII, based on mileage. I haven't noticed any difference in the effort required.
