I am negotiating a trade with another team and our deadline is approaching. I have never made a deal in the 24 hrs leading up to the deadline because my team has usually been set by then. I also don't remember seeing any deals made during this timeframe either. Can someone tell me does the transaction deadline mean the deal has to be accepted by both teams or does it have to be completed before that time?
