Halifax trades Glen Rice and their 2nd rounder to the other side of the world to Shanghai for Anthony Mason, David Wingate and their 2nd rounder.

I just realized, though, that I didn't have a second rounder to offer in this trade.  I am therefore releasing Rod Higgins so that I do.  Also updating the keeper list to reflect these changes.

My understanding is that once a season begins you can begin trading picks for the very next offseason (the upcoming draft) - but you can't touch anything beyond that. 

Once the 93 Draft is over owners may trade 94 Draft picks (even if it's before the 93 season starts).
