I have been #1 with a reall good international player for 3 full days now I have never seen a international take more than 3 days to sign. Does this mean someone else is bidding even though I am #1? Or his he just making me sweat it out?

A few weeks back someone stated that IFA's from certain countries don't develop as much as others.  Has anyone else noticed that?
