My CUP team in IBA is through the non-con schedule and going into the season I thought we had top 10 talent.  Team has the 6th highest overall rating (for whatever that is worth) but can't seem to get out of it's own way.   Schedule was not overly hard (80 SOS, 108 RPI) but not cupcake either.  Team is starting 4 seniors, so youth shouldn't be a problem. I just can't seem to beat any good teams.

I spend alot of time on the forums looking to get better at this, and I think I've gotten OK at recruiting, but the day to day basics of gameplanning and practice are obviously not clicking for me.   I know my IQ's aren't great, been putting 20 min each into off and def since I took the team over 4 years ago.  Now I think  I should go higher cause it seems like I'm just not playing at full potential, so maybe having no A+ IQ's is hurting me.

I've been starting Landry over Patrick at PF mostly because I don't have a reliable backup behind Gilbert, and Patrick seems to be a SF anyway based on stats.  He backs up PF and SF, so he gets plenty of minutes, and if I'm looking at a real good PF (like last game), I'll put him in the starting lineup.

I know I shoot too many 3's, but only Raynor is set to +1.    Any advice would be appreciated going into conference play.  Before the season started I thought I could make a final 4 run, now I just don't wanna miss the national tournament.  Thanks for any help.
