Looking for an owner for this 1991 Progressive teams, based out of New York. All keepers are in, except for this one team (haven't heard from the previous owner for awhile).  Interested in joining a live progressive? This is your chance! We have our own private forum that I would get you added to as well.
Here are the league rules

40 GAME LIVE MINIMUM (incentive to reach 60...if you make 60, you can pass up to 3 teams above you that have not reached the minimum. If there is a team with the 40 game minimum above you, you can't climb higher. A team cannot drop more than 3 spots in the draft order).
DRAFT ORDER: Regular draft order. Worst to first each round. IF THERE IS A TIE, the team with more live games will be ranked higher. IF still a tie, I'll do a random drawing at random.org In order to avoid tanking a season, the worst 3 teams will be drawn randomly for the top 3 picks...but the rest of the draft will be accordingly to the worst to first order.
KEEPERS: You will be allowed to keep 14 players as keepers for the following season. Also, 1 player may be added to your DL for the season. This would be a player who is NOT in the database for the following season, but you would like to hold onto for one season. He WOULD count towards your 14 the following season.
WIN MINIMUMS: You MUST have 40 wins at end of season to be eligible for the top picks. If you have less than 40 wins, you will drop to the #4 pick.
TRADES: Trading of the current year of draft picks is allowed. Trades of players are allowed during the season.
TEAM NAMES: Must be related to your stadium. City of stadium will be reflected in your city name. So, team name must follow the pattern Philadelphia __________.

I will enter these keepers and draft for the team if need be, but figured I'd post here first to see if anyone wants to hop into a league that is about to go.  This team is drafting in the 11th spot in the 1991 draft.

Again...you only select 14 keepers (plus one for the DL).  This is a great league to turn around a team since you are only allowed to keep 14.
