The What If Baseball Hadn't Expanded League (WIBHEL)  is looking for two owners for the upcoming 1969 season.

The WIBHEL is a 16 team league that plays under the 1960 MLB rules:  two leagues, no divisions, no LCS, the pennant winners meet each other in the WS. 

We also set the 1st rounder draft order from BEST to WORST (excluding the two playoff teams).  Subsequent rounds use the traditional worst to first order.

It's a pretty competitive league, in 7 years there have been 7 different league champs.   Also, in the 7 years only 3 teams have made the playoffs more than once .  The American League has had 6 different league champs in the 7 years.

We use a 29 man roster through the use of UPICK AAA and both teams will have bonus draft picks at the end of the 1st round (effectively the 17th or 18th pick).  Neither team is very good (they aren't awful but they need work), however,  they each have three picks in the top 22 or so (a late 1st rounder 10-13ish, bonus 1st rounder 17 or 18, and then an early 2nd, 21-23ish).   That should help in the rebuilding process.
