In the middle of the page there's a table that says to sign up for an account or log in to join.  If you don't have an ESPN account, you'll have to create one.  After that is done and you sign in, there will be a textbox for a password in place of where the log in table was.  Type in the password and hit the "Create and Join" button, then you're all set.
