This is correct. "More aggressive" means
as the coach, you'll try to let him play through the foul troubles. "Less aggressive" means you'll bench him quickly when he's in foul trouble. It doesn't have anything to do with the player and how he plays defense.
I wish Seble would make it a little less confusing to the new coaches and rename the setting something like "Keep Him In", "Normal", "Bench Him". The way the settings are named now are
always confusing to new coaches, and they really don't have to be. It would be a very simple fix.
