I would like an answer to this too, all I know is that you can get someone to consider you with just some promised minutes and a schollie offer.

So, it's worth 2 hv or a cv...or more. Somebody did a recruiting comparison, and found out it's worth more than that, but not as much as it should be (IMHO)
