100 Mil Cap
50 games must be played live to participate in the post season
Must have a minimum of 2 players from every year of the decade (1960 to 1969)
No clones
No WW
AAA will be 6/4 average
Trading is ok as long as it does not create a clone situation
Ball park must have been active in the 60's

Should make for a fun and competive league. A good one for those (like myself) who enjoy the challenge of putting a team together with restrictions.
