Is it possible to not have enough coach hiring budget and say for example AA hitting coach does not get filled?  If so, how does that affect that AA teams hitting?

I think it gives you a crappy coach and deducts the cash from somewhere else in your budget.

The coaching budget is split such that part of it is reserved so that a minimum offer for each role is always available.

I have two more lower levels coaches I need to sign, and a minimum needed of 300k or so but only 38k available to sign them.
