I have a SP that I brought up late last season.  His ML years are .007

He's back in AAA now. At what point can I bring him up this season and still avoid his 1st full ML season.

i would add those 7 days to whatever the current waiting period is (25gms i think). So 32 games for him.

The "waiting" period is 20 minor league days.  So 27.  I'd go 28 to be safe.
