In d3, work ethic will drop. Will send you an angry letter. If you continue to ignore him, will drop further . See if the drop is acceptable, can always start if not and we will slowly return. Your loyalty will take a hit but. not much if its only 1 broken promise.

I think you meant reputation, not loyalty
