I think that it would be cool if there were twins in the game that you could recruit, like the plumlees, morris twins, and the lopez brothers.

A brother feature would be pretty cool, especially if they went different places and played against each other.  

P.S. Plumlees are just brothers not twins.

Or like if an older player is like a father to a younger player and the school that his dad played for will earn like a little boost because his dad played there. You can also do the same with older brother and younger brother and twins!
