I have a So who got a 2.5 GPA with 8 min of study hall last year.  Left it at 8 min and was notified he has a 1.3 GPA at the mid-term.  I raised his study hall time to 12 minutes.  Anything else I should do?  Has anyone else noticed a rash of dumbass players or am I just recruiting some idiots?

I agree....12 won't cut it.  I'd go 28-30 depending on how crucial he is to your team
