Move to D2? I am not qualified for Missouri State or south illinois right now in Phelan.

He's already in D2.

What are you qualified for now trobone?  MVC schools have a higher baseline (C) than the bottom tier of D1 schools (D).

I made the MVC in Allen from D2 after back to back sweet 16 runs, so if you make the sweet 16 I think you would get it.

At the time, I had 10 seasons at D3 with about 240 wins and 2 seasons at D2 with 46 wins.  I think a D3 win is worth about 1/2 a D2 win, so say about 165 D2 level wins.

You got 25 D3 wins and ~125 D2 wins.  So one more good year will be close.  I think 25 wins and a sweet 16.

You need to get your Prestige up, which comes from wins, and you need to improve your NT record. More wins and better RPI will get you in the Tourny. You've been there 6 seasons and have 3 PITs, 1 missed post season, and 2 NTs (first round and a second round).

No more PI's if you want a good midmajor job. Your down years need to be 1st and 2nd round NT's if you are looking to get anything above a C-.

Thanks - i think i have another NT team this year if i can find a big guy in recruiting (new recruit generation seems to take away options, or it could just be a bad year near me)

I have a quick question and I'm hoping for some answers. The renewal deadline in Wooden is 11:59 tonight. I have one season left in my team, and do not want to keep them. Will I be able to apply to any jobs today or am I stuck with this team.

It says somewhere in the rules/qualifications that the minimum is one year. So I think you should be able to change teams, but you better be quick about it, it takes a couple of hours for the system to cycle through, so don't shoot to high when looking for a new team. Keep it realistic and you should have a chance, but you might have cut it to close.

Yeah, thanks. I'm just applying to another D3 school, so the chances for rejection are pretty small I think
