Recruiting Prestige - D2 vs. D1 Topic

Forget the available money, forget the number of open scholarships, forget everything but prestige.

Which school has a higher prestige, a D- D1 school or an A+ D2 school?

I have a feeling it's the D1 school.

you sir are correct. its not by that much though - i figure its roughly half the distance from d- d1 to d- d2. my thinking is, its half a partial d1 grade from avg d- to the worst possible d-, which IMO is the same or infinitely close to the best possible d2 a+, which is half a partial d2 grade from the average a+ d2 school.

I agree gillispie.  I thought the difference was a little larger than that, but not by much.  Thanks.
