After playing a few years of gridiron which I also enjoy, my first year here has been eye opening. I have true respect for you guys here that know the ends and outs and just as much for your time helping newbie's like me when asked questions. I work industrial construction shutdowns, currently 12-16 hour days, 7 days a week at least into may on this one, so I cannot put the time in to take advantage of great advice as I would like, but once I work off for a few weeks I look forward to bugging the heck out of you guys with questions and actually taking advantage of things you have answered but have not had the time or energy to pour over...Again, great respect for the knowledge here in a much tougher format learning wise and thanks for the help..Tim
