I'm in a franchise league right now, $120mil cap, with the Cardinals.

I have 2005 Carpenter at 0-18 after 20 starts.  And my team isn't even horrible.  They're 33-49, which means they're 32-30 when someone other than Carp starts, and 1-19 when he does.  It's baffling.

What are the worst seasons people have gotten from good starters in even cap leagues?

While it wouldn't normally be considered "horrible" for most other pitchers, but i once had the God of all sim Gods (08 Joss) with an ERA of apprx. 4.50 midway through the season.  I eventually traded him for Koufax who was lights all for me.

120 cap will make a mess of many a pitcher.
