I think it depends how much of the 100 distribution points you use. Some coaches use all 100. I tend to use between 41-47 on a game to game basis, with my best player getting 12-15 distribution points (around 33% of the total distribution). For Stabile, I might up it so he gets 40-50% of your overall distribution.
As an aside, although he's 200 rating points better than your next player (and he clearly IS your best player), he has a lot of points tied up in WE, ST & DUR. I think it's important to look at the core ratings for a guy at each position + the opponent (and their tendencies) when assigning a distribution total for each game. Stabile would always be my "go-to" guy on offense if I were you, but I think you've got other quality guys to go along with him and Tenorio (who is your number 2 option so far based on the stats). Depending on match ups, I'd give Leverette and Chase some decent distribution, perhaps even more than Tenorio in many games.
