He's your 2nd best LP player, your best PER player, your 2nd best BH, your 2nd best PASS, and a Senior with A+ for Offensive IQ, I'd give him a lot. I'd give him at least 20/25%, but monitor it so he doesn't over do and you have diminishing returns.

Even with diminishing returns he might be better than the other options.

From your first two games, you seem to have it right.  Teams will start to use the DT on him pretty soon, though.  I'd go as high as 36 or 38 against SIMS because you know he won't be doubled.  Against human coaches, I might lower it to high 20's or low 30's.

but watch his shooting percentage - say look at it every 5 games or so as see if it is declining (dont look at the total for the season, look at results for those 5 games) - if it drops then consider reducing his distro

I think it depends how much of the 100 distribution points you use.  Some coaches use all 100.  I tend to use between 41-47 on a game to game basis, with my best player getting 12-15 distribution points (around 33% of the total distribution).  For Stabile, I might up it so he gets 40-50% of your overall distribution.

As an aside, although he's 200 rating points better than your next player (and he clearly IS your best player), he has a lot of points tied up in WE, ST & DUR.  I think it's important to look at the core ratings for a guy at each position + the opponent (and their tendencies) when assigning a distribution total for each game.  Stabile would always be my "go-to" guy on offense if I were you, but I think you've got other quality guys to go along with him and Tenorio (who is your number 2 option so far based on the stats).   Depending on match ups, I'd give Leverette and Chase some decent distribution, perhaps even more than Tenorio in many games.
