Ineligible or transfer player? Topic

This is my first season with a new team and I have a senior with records for only two previous seasons. Is there a way to tell whether his freshman year was spent as an inelible player (giving him another year of eligibility) or he transfered in after playing his freshman season at a JUCO? Thanks.

I think an ineligible still has that year with his team show up on his history page.

Correct, mully.  I routinely recruit inels.  They say "academic non-qualifier."

Ya, thanks, I've never recruited an ineligible player, but now I remember having seen that "Academic non-qualifier" listing before. That little refresher is much appreciated.
