Am thinking about trying to move to a D prestige DI team from DIII. I built my DIII team to a very low A+. From what I gather, it should be possible, but by no means guaranteed.

Some general questions.. Should I try to go to a state like Texas with more recruits(and more competition) or a state with fewer schools to compete with? How much attention should I pay to the conference? The low level DI conferences seem to be pretty sparsely populated so I probably won't have much of a choice.

Texas, rocky mountains, western states, upstate new York if human coach pop. is low and Louisiana vicinity all seem like solid locales for building a lower end program, just my opinion

Is the first job cycle 24 hours?
