Bench Players/Rest Topic

Maybe its me (probably) but I thought it used to be a bench player with a stamina rating of say 98% not used at all in game would go up even if not set on rest?

Fatigue (or lack thereof) is based on the following formula:

[(Current PA / Team Games Played) * 162]
--------------------
(RL PA/162 * 1.10)

So, usually a player who is at 98% will go up if he takes a day off because he'll be on pace for less PAs. It should be the same whether he's set to "rest" or "bench" - but if you're close to the end of the season or he didn't have that many RL PA/162 he might need more than 1 day off.

ty jfranco.....i kinda knew that...seeing how I played this 1-2 times before...my question again is ANYONE else seen bench players not go up in stamina even though they get NO PA's?

I sent a ticket...no response\.

Yeah, I've seen it, but I think that's mostly due to the actual percentage over season PA/162 not changing more than within rounding error.

I've also seen pitchers - I think exclusively relievers - show 99 (99) one game, then the next show 96 (98).  In that one, I think there's something going on in the programming.  Something's off chronologically.  This might possibly pertain to what you're seeing.

I agree with llamanuts, I have occasionally seen my pitchers go down. I've never seen hitters go down but I've certainly seen them stay the same.

Seriously?  We're all gonna just let that post go?  It looks like the biggest, fattest, easiest set up of all time... but I have to admit that I got nothin, just like y'all.
