i recently updated from Internet Explorer 8 to Internet Explorer 9

i can no longer copy a range of rows and columns from Microsoft Excel 2003 and paste it right into a forum here

a window pops up that assumes the table is coming from Microsoft Word and asks do i want to clean it up and then the whole shitteree freezes up and i have to start up Task manager and close IE

any ideas?
