I'm having a hard time figuring out which posistion to play theses guys next season. 

I need to fill 2B, SS, 3B

I was thinking

Simon at 2B
Sasaki at 3B
Andujar at SS
with Wright filling in as needed. 

and letting Hultzen and Byrd leave in FA
 I could also let Sasaki sit in AAA for another year and keep one of these two.

 I guess a better question is Should I flip flop 2B and 3B

No, you need the superior range at 2B.
