Question about game planning against sim team Topic

This is my first year and I play a sim team in my first game. My D3 team isn't that good but my best player is a SF rated 608 and their worst 2 players happen to be their two SF's rated 416 and 407. Theres no exhibition games to scout for them, so my question is will they start or play their weak SF's or will they play higher rated players out of position? Should I gameplan to get a higher pct of shots for my SF? Any info is greatly appreciated!

Well, they started Hayes the previous two years, so I would guess that they would start him this year too.

I have Hayes on my team. My question is will sim teams start the higher rated players regardless of position or will they start a true player at each position?

They'll start one of their listed small forwards.  99% sure.

Oops.  SOrry, I looked at your roster instead.  Their starters at the other four position last year look like they were  Reuter, Butler, Garner and murphy.

I agree. . personal experience, switching from UMB to Keene in my conference, the Sim demoted a much better guard to play a worse one just because of listed position.

Thanks for all the replies. Would you recommend bumping play distribution up for Hayes given the matchup?

Yup.  I might also bump up your PF just slightly.  Reuter, their likely PF, is rather putrid on defense.

I've got Hayes play distribution at 33 and my PF at 16.

Doesn't mean much in isolation without knowing the distro of the other players involved.
