Assuming nothing changes in the next few recruiting cycles, I should be able to choose any 2 of these 3 guys. One will eventually be my starting SF, the other a backup SF (and maybe SG or whatever else he can play).

Guy C brings absolutely nothing to the table offensively as a scorer, but he'll at least be a decent passer and his Ath/Spd/Def combo is uber-elite for D3. B might be the best scorer and also has an excellent ATH/SPD combo, but his defense is poor. I play a zone, so I might be able to get away with it. The other guys I'm recruiting are all solid defensively. A is the best-rounded player but isn't as good of a passer. I've definitely been noticing a huge difference in my overall offensive efficiency recently between my teams with above-average passers at most positions and teams without.
