So, in world Ford, we have an owner that is either tanking or just a flat out doesn't know what he/she is doing.
Around the 40-50 game mark a few owners tried to get this owner replaced. His winning recent was around .178 (at the time). Admin wouldn't do it and said to wait....a couple of ticket responses from them.

Thanks for the note. These are the Fair Play Guidelines that he needs to be in violation of.
In order for a user to be stripped of his/her Hardball Dynasty franchise during a season, one of the three following conditions MUST be met:
1. Major League team winning percentage of less than .250 for at least 80 games of the regular season
2. Using a starting pitcher at 50% or below fatigue for 10 or more Major League games in a row
3. First time Hardball Dynasty user not logging in to his franchise's world for at least 6 days prior to the start of Spring Training.
Also, a team must be abandoned a minimum of 14 days. Thanks.
He is not in violation of any of these so am not sure what guidelines that you are advising him of. |

| Being that his winning % is .178, I'm pretty sure you can figure out what "Fair Play Guideline" he's breaking. |

Thanks for the follow up. But this is what that item says
' Major League team winning percentage of less than .250 for at least 80 games of the regular season'
He's not close to 80 games played yet. So this isn't an issue that you can confront him with just yet. |
So, we wait till past the 80 game mark....and then some. I send in a ticket and they agree and replace the owner. A day later, i log in to Ford and there is the old owner blast away on the World Chat. Sad part about it, i have trade chats from the replacement owner (in another world) asking what the hell happened. Admin didn't have the balls to tell them what they were doing.
Admin finally sent the replacement owner a ticket (after i sent them one call them *****'s), and their response is "We wanted to give the old owner more time to fix the issue". Now, isn't their a Fairplay Guideline rule that states that an owner has to have a winning % of .250 at and after the 80 game mark, and if he/she doesn't they can be replaced.
Sad and pathetic.
