Can a coach drop from HiA to RL?  If so when will it happen?

Assuming that the question is "Can a coach's demands drop from HiA to RL?", the answer is yes. If and when there are no more positions left in Hi-A (all 32 jobs have been filled), the coach will then ask for a lower level job - if in your case there aren't any in Lo-A either, he will ask for a RL position.

If you're asking "will a coach asking for a Hi-A job accept a RL job?", in my experience the answer is probably not, although they do occasionally accept offers one level below their demands towards the end of the signing period.

I dont think thats actually true, I think it actually works that if a level is full, but the the level above is not full then the coach asks for the higher level, before dropping down a level.

I've never seen a coach demand a higher level after his level is full, but I've seen plenty of times where ML coaches will drop down to AAA if all the ML spots are filled before the end of coach hiring.

So I guess the answer is that it will happen if/when all teams have filled that coaching spot at that level, though it's a gamble, as it has to happen before the last cycle.  By waiting until the last cycle to do this, you may get lucky and have some pretty good coaches (for RL, that is) drop down, but you may be stuck with the RL scraps.

It's more for AA, HiA, i admit it may just be that there aren't any coaches left at those levels, but it always looks odd that you have coaches only looking for ML or RL prior to the last signing cycle.
