I took over a team last season. The talent is there, but the coaching was HORRIBLE, from rookie ball to the majors. Before my 2nd year I see players ratings dropping by quite a bit. I've never seen 27-30 yr. old players get worse instead of improving!
My question is: Will players from the age of 27-30 improve to their previous ratings with a good coaching staff?

I've seen players regain learned skills(coachable ratings).    Can't honestly tell you the age group though.
