I would go:
Mondesi SP1,
Xavier SP2,
Ramsey SP3,
Estalella SP4,
James SP5

Osborne, Benard, and Martinez SuA
Handworth and Esposito SuB
Sutton LRA
Harper LHS (I don't think he's particularly good.  This is the only role that I would keep him in the ML for.)

This is an interesting pitching staff.  You're pretty short on long relievers/mopup (I would like to have three), but you've got four relievers who can each pitch 1-2 innings every day.  I actually wouldn't mind having this staff at all.  As for SP, I would choose to alternate them the way I did (I actually think Xavier is your best SP) in order for your 3 workhorses to give the bullpen a rest.  If you dig up one more 30 stam/80 dur guy, I think you could actually go to a four-man rotation if you wanted to.

I'm intrigued by "Michael Jackson."  I don't know what kind of numbers he would put out.  If he has a long history of 4.00ish ERA, he might be worth signing. If he has more than a 4.30 or so in neutral parks, I would pass him over.  "Tina Turner" would be better than Brad Harper.

Michael Jackson is a Type A FA,  I'd have to give up my second round pick (no biggie)
Tina Turner is one of my Type A FA's he's been good for a solid 80IP 3.00 ERA

* guys are the two TYPEA free agents, i just went ahead and signed them.

Moved James and harper to AAA for insurance

Xavier and Estrella  have been my best SP's problem is they're only good for 175IP and I'd like to keep them fresh for play offs.

What happens if I dont fill the closer role?  Maybe Benard can be closer?

I've learned from reading these boards that having a closer can be a waste of talented pitching.

Starting last season, I decided to play without a closer, assigning my former ClA to SuA duties.  The guy was just as good and got about 30 more IP (which I would say is a better return on investment).  I lost some games in the ninth inning when an inferior setup guy was pitching, but I also held onto the lead sometimes in the 7th and 8th innings when I wouldn't have done so otherwise.  I've had the best two records of my seven-season career these last two years.  I would recommend it to anybody.  The only downside is that you will never win a Fireman of the Year this way.

About the SPs Xavier and Estrella, just set their pitch counts at about 80/95 and they'll be fine.  If you look at my pitching staff, all of my SPs have numbers like those.  The reason to intersperse them with your three workhorses is so that the bullpen is fully rested.  That way if you need 3-4 innings of relief for Xavier and Estrella, you'll only need 1-2 on the days that the other SPs pitch and most members of the bullpen can have an off day.

That's a pretty solid looking team.  If you manage it right, you should look forward to a decent playoff run.
