I always forget this... How many games into a season do you wait before calling up a player to save a year on his arbitration?

Along the same lines as the coach-cycle question, I promoted my guys after the 20th cycle had simmed, but the "highlighter" that shows you what cycle you're on was still on the 20th cycle. Hoping it works out okay...
