I have a player 99 in LP and 0 in perimeter...Does this mean the second he steps out of the lane he forgets how to shoot the ball?

yup, pretty much. That 0 will go to a 1 when season starts I believe... your guy should be a beast inside. just put at -2 and pound it!

ETA: (Maybe that low per is because he's so slow he can't get to the perimeter...lol)
