How do you draft Howie Clark?  I see him available on the waiver wire from time to time, but I can't find him in any search when I'm drafting my team.

Make sure "Min. Games at" (below his name in the draft center) is set at 0.

why it's not set at zero to begin with is dumb, i always reset it to zero to search anyways
