seems like in real life, the PG position is less important in the triangle.  rather than being the quarterback of the offense, it's a spot you can put a spot up shooter (armstrong, paxson, fisher, kerr, smush parker) or a guy who is basically interchangeable with the wings (ron harper).   

Is this true in WIS? can you sacrifice BH at the 1 in the triangle?

No.  You might (somewhat) get away with slightly lower BH against man or zone, but you'll still get killed by the press.  You can sacrifice PG scoring in the triangle if you want to, though...
