Deadline for renewing Topic

When is the deadline for renewing a team for next season?  The season is currently in the Final Four and I'm coaching for a friend. 

 I noticed that he has no seasons remaining.  I want to purchase another season if he's not back by the deadline.

It usually says on the timeline when the renewing deadline is, I think. Probably right before job change period

It's midnight est on the night after the NT concludes.

al, on an unrelated note, I have to go out-of-town just before the renewal deadline for both of my teams ... would you mind taking over while I'm gone?

Sure, as long as I can recruit for you, too. I've been wanting to see if I can develop an entire squad of '1' WE into a championship team
