I Am new to sim league baseball (all of my teams are on their first year). Wondering what stats experienced owners look for in putting together their teams. Any advice would be great.

My biggest thing that took me a few seasons to learn is do not draft players on what they put up that season.  I can't tell you have many times at first I drafted players who were "name brands" and posted great stats (esp. pitchers) but don't pitch/hit well with sim.  Go off of performance history over anything, thats at least my opinion....
