My Rochester team is playing Linfield in 2 hours in the first round of the tourney.  Linfield is sim-coached, so it's ok for me to ask for help.  Basically my question is simply about tempo.  Their depth is arguably a little bit better, which would argue for the slowdown.  But they have poor athleticism and mediocre defense and run the press, so at uptempo I could potentially cause a lot of foul trouble.  Thoughts?

they're loaded with experience, I don't think uptempo will help you. I'd go normal I believe.

I'd go uptempo. They only have a DEF of 34, plus they're get 80 pts. a game while you're giving up almost 70. You might need those extra chances or the foul trouble for the other team at the end of the game.
