Better way to develop a guy Topic

Quick questino, I have a guy right now that is in High A that clearly could be moved up (to AAA), however the High A team should prob make the minor league playoffs and the AAA team no shot.  The AAA teams hitting coach is obv better though.

So whats more important, the extra playoff experience or the better hitting coach

I don't know the answer covering a whole season, but if it's late in the season, the extra time would probably be more valuable than the better coach in my opinion.  The extra time can get you an extra improvement cycle...the time with the better coach wouldn't be enough to have much of an impact.

Looks like you're 110 into your earliest season.   I'd want the playing time.

I would look into shipping the AAA coach out of town and putting him where the talent is.  Maybe some incentives are in order.  Do what it takes to get the two together.
