if a player is promised xx minutes, and i do not include him the depth chart so he doesnt play and decide to play him one game to get him the promised xx minutes, will i see any negative impact for doing this. the player is gaining practice rating points and he will basically lose a season but i wasnt going to be able to meet the xx promised minutes. any insight from anyone?
