Do something please about the hit and run option. Tried it numerous times and even with fast runners and good contact hitters, the result is usually strike out throw out. Cant be realistic.

Totally agree.  While you are at it, fix the following:

If a Tim Raines, Rickey Henderson, Vince Coleman in one of their great SB years is not held on, I dont care if you have IROD back there, they should be safe 90% of the time.  Think about it, they were anyway and if you give them an extra two steps by not being held on...it should be automatic.

Also, if Eck walked 4 guys all year, it shouldnt matter that Ruth/Bonds, etc. are coming up.  All those IBBs that Bonds had should not make Eck all the sudden wild.

H & R setting is pretty much useless anyway. Even a team with speed and with good contact hitting, will H&R an average of only twice a game with an aggressive/very aggressive setting...

Who provided data a while back showing that hitters have the most control over whether a PA results in a walk? I believe specifically that it was data shwoing Greg Maddux giving up walks to guys that normally draw them.
