Very cool.  Haven't had one myself though I did have a guy get within 6 steals of doing it.  Just did a quick look through Phelan and the most impressive career line I found was from Richard Reid, the shoebomber, who played college hoops at Lane (who happens to have each of the top 3 career rebounders in this D2 world, impressive in itself).

Reid finished with 1672 points, 1247 rebounds, 113 assists, 264 blocks, and 136 steals.

This guy from my VCU team just finished his career.. 1480 pts, 50.4% from the floor, 979 rebounds, 193 blocks, 114 steals.. so he was only 21 rebounds away from the milestone :( finished 4th in points, 1st in rebounds, 2nd in blocks, 2nd in steals in VCU history (which granted is not very user populated on the records screen, but still impressive)

Everett Larson played for me at Assumption.  While he doesn't hit the all hundreds marks he makes up for it with points, rebounds and blocks.  Maybe we can cut him some slack on steals and assistes.

Joe Gardener (Hamline, D3 Tark) got me 1094 points, 1063 rebounds, 202 blocks, and 113 assists... but only 60 steals.

Before my time for the same school, Christopher Matter collected 1474 points, 1084 rebounds, 125 blocks, and 120 steals... but only 7 (!) assists.
