Nice.  Do you suppose any other pitcher has ever won 30 games with as few losses in a (legit) WIS league?  I'm pretty sure I've never seen anything like that in one of my leagues.

I've noticed that all of jfranco's players overperform. His teams kick butt, his players kick butt, and he kicks butt.

Just had a $140M w/ WAA AAA league end, and someone's '00 Pedro went 30-1 (plus 3-3 on save opps) being used strictly in relief.

I also had '16 Schupp win the Cy Young in a $120M w/ WAA AAA league after he went 26-0 (5-5 on saves), also strictly relief appearances.

But damn, Simpson beats all with that ERA, WHIP, Cy Young, Gold Glove, Rookie of the Year season.

Extremely impressive, John...I'm pretty sure I've never seen anything like that.

I've twice had the 2000 Pedro go 30-1 in a 4 man rotation. Once in a single season progressive, and the other time in an $80m franchise theme league with free agents based on RL W%. In both cases he won the triple crown, plus WHIP, and the Cy Young. I doubt he won the gold glove or silver slugger, but I was thoroughly pleased. Not quite the performance from Simpson given that you expect great performance from Pedro.

I had to double check to see whether this thread was several years old.

Good work by you!
