Last recruiting season, I signed this goofball,
William Chamber, without scouting (because I only had 470 bucks left). Needless to say, his potentials turned out to be terrible and if I stay at
George Mason for another season or two, he would only be a hindrance to my team in terms of recruiting money and a waste of a scholarship.
I want to move up to a Big 6 team as soon as I can, but if I'm not qualified for a good enough job, I'll stay put where I am. If that's the case, I would want to cut Chamber, but my question is, how much of a hit will it be in my goal of moving up to a Big 6 Conference? Is loyalty that important or will success overrule it?
Thanks.
