General Rules:

This is a 24 team, single-season progressive that started in 1969.  We will be in 1990 shortly.

Draft Order - 1st round: First round order is determined using a formula that compares your salary to the numbers of wins you have, thus killing all incentive to tank.  Playoff teams are auto slotted in picks 17-24.
Draft Order - all rounds other than 1: Based on win/loss, straight worst to first
Team Name: Use real name
AAA: 6/2 below average
DH: SPLIT (AL ONLY)
IR: If a player doesn't have a WIS elilgible season, he can be put on IR until he returns.  There is no limit to how many players you can have on IR.  
Trades: No restrictions on trades other than you can only trade draft picks 1 year in advance.
WW: No
Stadiums: Must use teams RL stadium for the appropriate season.
Relocation: Teams will have the option to relocate and/or change team names as appropriate with current season.
