Effects of National Awards on Moving Up in DI Topic

I'm at DI George Mason. 

My senior SF just received 3rd Team All-American honors (1st-team All-Conf.) and my junior C received Honorable Mention All-American honors (Conf. Player of the Year). 

Do these honors for my players improve my appeal to other DI teams when I'm applying for a new job? Also, what level of jobs should I be qualified for? (A+ Reputation, A+ Loyalty: My Profile)
