Where should I play this player? He was at SF last season but really did not have a good season?

He looks like a SF to me.  Maybe more of a D3 one than a D2 one, though.  I think a big part of his problem is that your guards are not very good passers.  That hurts everybody's offensive efficiency, but some coaches don't really take it into account when they try to figure out why certain players get certain stats.
